Most RDP servers use "Data Center" IPs. These are easily detected by websites like Netflix, survey sites, or stringent banking apps. Residential RDP, on the other hand, uses an IP address assigned by an ISP (like Comcast, Verizon, AT&T) to a real home location. To the outside world, you look like a regular home user.
True Residential RDP is expensive and rare. Many providers claim "Residential" but actually offer "Resi-Datacenter" IPs which are still detectable.
Cloudzy and RouterHosting offer specialized RDP packages with high-reputation IPs that work for many of these use cases. Always ask support for a "Fresh IP" if your use case is sensitive.
Be wary of providers selling hacked residential computers as RDP services. Always buy from reputable hosting companies that lease IP blocks legitimately.
